I started this blog as a means to collect neatly all the designs that I've come up with on a thread at RenoTalk.com, but while the thread may be titled "Living Room Inspiration", there are far more than just living room designs - you'll find inspiration for your bedroom and dining room as well. I started this thread some time ago as I was rather sick of the cookie-cutter designs that most interior designers in Singapore seem to offer their clients, and the little guidance they offer their clients in seeing the design concept from start, to end [i.e. furnishings].

You'll probably see that for most of my designs, the built-in components that I advocate are either kept to a minimum, or are designed to be visually non-obtrusive - that's because I believe that the quality of furniture tends to be better, and that they tend to define a room's purpose, hence they should be the key focal point of a room.
